 Beth Kavitz works primarily in personal injury and bankruptcy law, and also in corporate reorganization law.  She is a member of the West Virginia Bar and the American Bar Association.  She graduated cum laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Finance major and a German minor.  Beth also was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society and Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.  She received her law degree from West Virginia University, where she was involved with the Public Interest Advocates and the Women's Law Caucus.  During law school, Beth also worked as a research assistant to Professor Thomas C. Cady in the areas of torts, insurance and workers' compensation.
