He received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from West Virginia University and his law degree from Fordham University in New York. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Chris belongs to the West Virginia, New York and the American Bar Associations. Chris is married to Nora, and they have two children, Nicola and Edward.
