David Hoyer has extensive experience in business law, bankruptcy and corporate law. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar, the West Virginia and Kanawha County Bar Associations and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He received an academic scholarship towards his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in Political Science. He was awarded the St. George Tucker Brooke Fellow scholarship for law and earned his law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Currently single, David lives in South Hills and is  involved with the West Virginia Independent Film Festival.
