Ralph Hoyer is recognized as one of the state's leading business law experts. He received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Baltimore. Ralph served with the U.S. Navy in Vietnam and graduated from the U.S. Naval Officers' Nuclear Power School. He is a member of the Kanawha County and West Virginia State Bars, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
